Construction, cable laying, work at height: assessment for 08:00–19:00.

⚖ By law: installation work at height in open areas is prohibited in wind of 15 m/s or more, in thunderstorms, and in fog limiting visibility; at 10 m/s or more installation of panels and similar structures must stop (Government of Georgia Resolution №361 of 27.05.2014, construction safety technical regulation, art. 10(8), art. 11(4)). Georgian law sets no numeric temperature limits — heat/cold are warnings only (practice). Wind is the hourly mean; gusts are estimated (MET Norway gives no gusts for Georgia). Fog and visibility are not assessed.
